Poise is built so that the data that matters most, how your body moves, never leaves your device.
What we collect
Motion data from your AirPods is processed entirely on-device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any motion data to our servers or any third party.
Analytics on this website
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the page. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and only anonymous, aggregate signals are sent to Google. We never see your IP address in full (it's anonymised), and we don't use this data for advertising.
This website also uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast the page loads for real visitors. Speed Insights does not use cookies, does not identify users, and is enabled regardless of cookie consent.
Analytics in the app
The Poise app may use third-party analytics services (RevenueCat, MixPanel, Amplitude, AppsFlyer) to understand aggregate app usage patterns. These services may collect anonymous usage data such as which screens are visited and which features are used. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is never accessed by Poise.
No account required
Poise does not require account creation. No email, name, or personal information is collected unless you voluntarily contact support.
Your rights
- You can stop using the app at any time and delete all local data by removing the app.
- You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple subscription settings.

Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted within the app.
